RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zorvelli, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing the case, we will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:

  • earrings

  • personalized items

  • items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
